We aim to get your order out as quickly and carefully as possible. All our products are handmade to order in the UK, so a little prep time is required — but it's worth the wait.

Processing Times
All items are made to order.

  • Standard orders: Dispatched within 3–5 working days

  • Personalised/custom orders: Dispatched within 5–7 working days

If there’s ever a delay (e.g. due to material restocks or busy seasons), we’ll let you know right away.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • £0-£49.99 - Tracked 1-2 working days - £5.99

  • £50 and up: Tracked 1–2 working days - Free

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Looking for delivery outside the UK? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Packaging
We use recyclable packaging where possible and take great care to ensure your items arrive safely.

Lost, Late or Damaged Parcels

Once your order is dispatched, delivery times are out of our control — but we’re here to help.

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please contact us.

  • If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.
